Where is Robin + Rose Party Boutique located?

We are an online gift shop based in Atlanta, Georgia, but we ship all over the United States and Canada. 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We currently accept payment by credit card, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay,  and PayPal. 

How long does it take to process my order?

As soon as we receive payment we process your order. Your order is usually ready for dispatch within 2 working days subject to stock availability. If you have selected an expedited delivery service at the checkout, your order will be dispatched the same day as long as you order by 2 pm. 

Can I change my order after placing it? 

We process our orders as quickly as possible, so please send us an email (info@robinandrose.com) as soon as you can. We will try to make any changes before sending out your order, but there are no guarantees. 

When will I receive my package?

  • Tracking numbers are emailed or texted to you once a label is created. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link button in your email or text message. 
  • Packages arrive usually within 5-7 business days with standard shipping. Business days do not include weekends and all holidays observed by USPS. We are not responsible for any delays due to weather or any other unforeseen accidents on behalf of USPS or UPS.

  • Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local UPS or USPS location.

  • We ship your parcels most economically and periodically upgrade shipping options based on location, size of the parcel, and available mail carrier services.

I'm not happy with my purchase. What can I do?

Our business depends on *happy* customers! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send us an email within 7 days upon receipt of your order and we will get it all sorted out!

How long do I have to return my purchase?

You have 14 days to send back all unused and unopened regular-priced items. Note that all sale items, jewelry, and enamel pins are sold as final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

How do I return my unused, unopened item?

Who will deliver my package? 

We currently ship within the USA using USPS and UPS. 

    Can I rush my order? 

    Expedited shipping is available for an extra cost and these options are displayed during checkout.

    Do you ship internationally? 

    We currently ship to the US and Canada. We don't ship internationally yet, but we hope to do so in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to get notified as soon as we do. 

    Do you offer coupons or discount codes?
    The best way to get all of our offers and discount rates is to subscribe to our newsletter. You will get instant access to our discount codes and be the first to find out about our new arrivals. If for some reason you do not want to subscribe, you can always look for our promotions through our social media accounts @robinandroseco. 

    How often do you add new products and new party themes? 

    We are constantly looking for new products to add to our shop. We try to offer something new every month! If there is something you would like to see on our site, send us an email: info@robinandrose.com
